Zenoss is currently recruiting for all levels of Consulting Systems Engineers. We are seeking high energy individuals to deliver Zenoss solutions to our clients. The ideal candidates will have experience in the implementation of enterprise network monitoring systems. This position will require approximately 40% travel to various client locations.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Attain expert knowledge of Zenoss products
• Technical Services such as Requirements Analysis, Architecture, Installation, Deployment and Customization
• Product Training and Mentoring
• Working with Zenoss Community and Engineering to drive requirements for new product features

Qualifications include:

• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows administration.
• Experience with SNMP
• Knowledge of Network infrastructure systems
• Knowledge of enterprise monitoring applications: BMC, Tivoli, CA, HP
• Knowledge of open source monitoring systems such as Nagios a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility to travel as required and to work hours needed to meet customer deliverables.
• Self-motivated with the ability to quickly understand complex customer IT infrastructures.
