Love the shirt!

A couple of weeks ago I was down at the barcampESM in Austin with a bunch of other monitoring and management dweebs. Tarus from OpenNMS was down there as well and we got to sit on a pannel with some guys from the “big 4″ (in this case BMC and Tivoli). It was a good discussion.
Afterwards we were chewing the fat and Tarus and I talked about exchanging shirts. The deal was you had to put a picture sporting each others colors on our blogs. Tarus did so recently and he even up staged my post by having his picture taken with an original Mac (that was upgraded to a plus) running in the background. My Mac 512E still sits down in the basement feeling very lonely.
Anyway here is the shirt a great blue color. Once the weather warms up here I will be seen around town flying the OpenNMS colors!

Hey, stylin!
barcampESM was fun. We have a person on our mailing lists right now talking about doing ssh-based monitoring (i.e. use ssh to shell into the remote machine) and we’re trying to talk him out of it. Reminded me of your agent talk at barcamp. Hope we can do something like that again real soon.
