One of the benefits of Zenoss Core is that you can monitor devices agentlessly via SNMP. Sometimes that isn’t ideal so Erik Dahl led a session at BarcampESM on the potential need for an open management agent to supplement agentless monitoring. [Click on the image to watch the video.]
