Following on our announcement yesterday, here’s my interview with Bill Karpovich, CEO of Zenoss, on the release of Service Dynamics. Bill introduces Service Dynamics and talks about the evolution of the product and the new capability of impact management.

If you are new to the concept, impact management allows operations to quickly filter through the noise inside the infrastructure and determine what’s really happening to the services being delivered by IT. By looking through a service view, operations can now determine what’s the impact to the services being delivered and what team needs to get involved to address the root cause of the issue.
